JGS2 is a high-purity synthetic fused silica glass with low hydroxyl content. It features balanced transmittance across mid-ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared bands from 220 nm to 3000 nm. With excellent thermal stability, low impurities and great optical uniformity, it is widely used for optical windows, lenses, laser parts and precision optical instruments.
