The penta prism is a very important turning prism in optical systems. Based on the principles of light reflection and refraction, it consistently deflects incoming light at a constant 90° angle regardless of the entry angle, without producing a mirror-reversed image.
Constant Deflection Angle: The 90° deflection angle is highly stable.
Erect Image Formation: Produces an image with correct orientation.
High Reflectivity: The coated reflective surfaces achieve high reflectivity with minimal light loss.
